Glenn Loewenthal

Mr. Loewenthal has been representing individuals who have been injured or killed by the wrongful conduct of others for more than 17 years and now focuses his practice on bad faith insurance claims. He is Life Member and Champion Member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and is the Chairman and a Champion Member of the Civil Justice PAC.

Mr. Loewenthal is an experienced mediator, and is a mediator panel team member of Miles Mediation. He is available for mediations in all types of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and business dispute cases.

Mr. Loewenthal has successfully tried dozens of cases to juries and settled hundreds more. He frequently speaks at seminars on various litigation subjects and has been the Co-Chair of GTLA’s Auto Torts Workshop for the past 5 years. Mr. Loewenthal is an AV rated lawyer, the highest rating available. He is an avid golfer and tennis player, and is a Georgia Bulldog football and Atlanta Thrashers hockey fan.
